This website is provided for presentational and informational purposes , also to allow users to request freight quotes or submit inquiries. You agree to use this website lawfully and not for any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, security, or data integrity.

No Guarantee of Service or Pricing

Submitting a quote request or inquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance of service. All quotes are estimates only and subject to change based on carrier availability & market rates.

Final pricing and terms will be confirmed separately in writing before shipment is booked.

No Refund Policy (Exceptions Apply)

If you submit all our documentation, and have signed order forms, and received load tender you have the right to cancel transportation arrangements and cancel service as long as carrier has NOT been dispatched.

Once a shipment is booked and dispatched there are no refunds, however load can still be cancelled but TONU (Truck Order Not Used) Charges will immediately apply.

Brokerage Role

EGR Specialized Transport operates as a freight brokerage and arranges transportation services with properly licensed motor carriers. We do not operate our own trucks unless explicitly stated.

Actual transportation services are performed by independent carriers.

Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or inquiries. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, pricing changes, or inability to provide service.

Waiver of Liability

EGR SPECIALIZED TRANSPORT, this website and its content are without warranties of any kind. EGR Specialized Transport is not responsible for the risks arising from transportation service, the use of this website, including but not limited to technical errors, delays, or inaccurate information submitted by users.
